文化資產地理信息系統 (GIS) 的應用

自民國七十一年《文化資產保存法》公告實施後，政府在城市建設之外，也開始積極對空間類文化資產的維護、管理與再利用進行規劃。如何引用國際先進的地理資訊系統經驗，更有系統地維護、管理與再利用空間類文化資產，使之創造出新價值，已成為各界關注的新課題。

本研究以「地理資訊系統在空間類文化資產管理之應用」為題，採用以下研究方法：

文獻回顧法： 本研究之文獻內容因目的不同分成三類，分別為文化資產之定義與相關論述、地理資訊系統發展研究分析及地理資訊系統在文化資產管理相關應用。
程式應用法： 本研究以縝密之資料庫結合地理資訊系統作為文化資產之管理平台，配合相關軟體，以案例實做呈現本研究之成果。

研究發現：

就觀念而言： 受到二十一世紀國際保存觀念影響，文化資產保存已由單點擴展至與週遭場域整體考量，然目前相關配套措施並不完善，執行時仍顯窒礙難行。
就資料庫及GIS而言： 設計完善之資料庫系統輔以具空間觀念之GIS，除可將文化資產保存與管理相關資料做一系統之整理、分析，並可依據上述資料與地政、都市計畫等相關網絡串連，將文化資產保存與管理工作，由過往單點之規劃擴展至標的與週遭場域整體性考量。

This research take “the geography information system application of in the space class culture property management” as a topic, picks the following research technique:

Literature review law: Literature of content because this research the goal divides into three kinds differently, respectively definition of and correlation elaboration, geography information system development research analysis and geography information system be the cultural property in cultural property management correlation application.
The formula should the usage: This research manages the platform by the meticulous information bank union geography information system as the cultural property, the coordinate correlation software, really does by the case presents achievement of the this research.

Speaking of the information bank and GIS: Information bank of system the design consummation auxiliary by has GIS of spatial idea, eliminates may does the cultural property preservation and the management correlation data reorganization, the analysis a system, and may rest on the above material and the land administration, the metropolis plan and so on the related network establishes contacts, the cultural property preservation and the supervisory work, expands plan by the passing simple point to the sign and all around field territory integrity consideration.
